No. It's a conversation. I'll ask you about your pattern, what you've tried, and where you're stuck. At the end I'll tell you honestly whether I think the EVOLVE programme is the right fit for you — and if it isn't, I'll tell you that too. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Therapy is valuable — I'm not here to replace it. But therapy works on the cognitive level: the thoughts, the stories, the understanding. This works on the energetic level — the imprint underneath the pattern that understanding alone doesn't shift. That's why some people can understand their patterns perfectly and still repeat them. This goes to the layer beneath.
Not at all. Most of the women I work with are logical thinkers who were sceptical at first. You don't need to believe anything before the call. I'll explain how it works in plain language and you can decide for yourself whether it makes sense. The proof is in whether it resonates.
One private 75-minute session per week for 7 weeks. Each session covers a specific part of the Energy Mastery framework — from identifying the root pattern through to release, reprogramming, and living differently. Sessions include Pranic Healing, breathwork, guided meditation, and a weekly integration exercise. We'll talk through all of this on the call.
